How long and how to store your confectionery?
Each confectionery has its own methods and shelf life. You can find this information in the “Preservation” section of each product sheet or on the back of your box.
Where are your sweets made?
Each of the confectioneries we offer are made in France via our partners who are located in Brittany, Provence or even in the Paris region.
Do your candies contain natural flavors?
Yes, our artisanal confectioneries are carefully selected to guarantee a maximum of natural ingredients. For more information, you can refer to the list of ingredients on the product sheet or on the back of your box.
What allergens are present in your confectionery?
The list of allergens is mentioned in the “Allergens” section on each product sheet or on the back of your box. On your box, they are written in capital letters so that you can identify them quickly.
Are your boxes recyclable?
Yes, they are made with a recycled material, PET (Polyethylene terephthalate) which is the most recyclable plastic in the world. Lightweight, durable and with a lower carbon footprint than other materials. We also suggest you reuse them for personal purposes.
The date on the packaging has passed, what should I do?
This date is indicative and consuming these products after this date does not represent any danger. On our packaging, we indicate a minimum durability date (MBD) under the words “best before”, the quality, taste or texture may be altered. For optimal consumption, we advise you to consume them before this date.
Where can I have my order delivered?
We deliver to you in mainland France. We are continuing our deployment to be able to offer you our sweets. Do not hesitate to send us an email to contact@nolaconfiserie.fr to let us know where you are!

When will my order be shipped?
We are committed to shipping your order within 48 hours so that you can enjoy your confectionery as soon as possible .
Where can I find my tracking number?
Your tracking number will be available in your confirmation email received following your order and in your customer area in the “Orders” section.
I want to cancel my order, how do I do it?
If your order has not been processed by our services, it is possible to cancel it by contacting us by email at this address: contact@nolaconfiserie.fr
However, if your order is already being prepared, it will not be possible to cancel it. Upon receipt of your order, if you do not wish to keep the products, you can request a return by contacting us.
Can you return your products?
Yes, you can exercise your withdrawal period for a period of 14 days from the date of purchase. We will reimburse you provided that the product is in the same condition as sent, that is to say that it has not been opened or damaged and that it is still in its original packaging. The cost of returns will be your responsibility. The price will be the same as shipping.
How to return your products?
To make your return, simply send us an email to contact@nolaconfiserie.fr indicating your order number, the products to be returned as well as the reason for this return so that we can send you a return label. The cost of returns will be your responsibility and deducted from your refund. The price will be the same as shipping. All the steps are detailed on this page: Delivery & Returns. We will reimburse you upon receipt of your order within 30 days.
My delivery address is not correct, how can I change it?

I have a promo code, how do I use it?
At the time of payment, a “promo code” section is available. Simply enter your promo code in this space and it will be taken into account when calculating the total order amount.
I forgot to include my promo code when ordering?
Unfortunately, we do not have the ability to add it as soon as the order is placed.
How to create your Nola account?
You can create an account by clicking on the shopping cart icon at the top right of your page. Then, click on “create an account” and fill out the form.
What should I do if I have lost my password?
Click on the shopping cart icon and in the “sign in” section, then on the “forgotten password” link. You can therefore enter your email address and you will receive an email resetting your password.
