Products sold by Nola can be delivered in Metropolitan France.

Any order over €45 benefits from free delivery costs to Point Relais and €59 to your home in mainland France.

The delivery times indicated are estimates and may vary depending on the products ordered and the delivery period. This deadline does not take into account the order preparation time and begins from the moment the order is shipped.

If delivered to a relay point, your package will be available in the relay point chosen at the time of your order and will be available for 7 days.

Steps for your order:

  1. Following payment for your order, you will receive a confirmation email.
  2. When your order is shipped, a shipping confirmation email including your tracking number will be sent to you.
  3. In order to follow the progress of your delivery, we invite you to consult the sites of our partners Mondial Relay and Colissimo.
  4. You will receive your order within the estimated times indicated depending on the chosen partner.

Have you changed your mind ? You have 14 days to return the product to us from the date of delivery of the order. The product must be in the same condition as sent and must not have been opened or damaged and still in its original packaging. Personalized products cannot be returned.

Steps to make a return:

  • Contact us by e-mail at the following address: contact@nolaconfiserie.fr indicating your order number, the products to be returned and the reason for this return.
  • We will send you a return slip by email. The return is your responsibility and will therefore be deducted from the reimbursement that we will make if the returned products are compliant.
  • Drop off the package with the products at the nearest Mondial Relay relay point
  • Upon receipt of the products, we will issue a refund deducting return costs within a maximum of 30 days.

If you return the product yourself, we cannot deduct the shipping cost from your order.
