DELIVERY :

Products sold by Nola can be delivered in Metropolitan France. The following delivery methods are available:

• In Relay Point via Mondial Relay
• At home via Collisimo

Any order over €45 benefits from free delivery costs to Point Relais and €59 to your home in mainland France.

The Customer is required to check the condition of the delivered products. It has a maximum period of 24 hours for any complaints from delivery. For any complaints, you can send an e-mail to the following address: contact@nolaconfiserie.fr, accompanied by all supporting documents: photos of all damaged products and explanations. After this period and failing to have complied with these formalities, the Products will be deemed to be compliant and free from any apparent defect and no complaint can be validly accepted by the Seller.

BACK :

Have you changed your mind ? You have 14 days to return the product to us from the date of delivery of the order. The product must be in the same condition as sent and must not have been opened or damaged and still in its original packaging. Personalized products cannot be returned.
