A Provençal specialty made mainly from honey and with 30% almonds, Montélimar Nougat is known for its texture that is both tender and crunchy, as well as for its sweet and delicate taste. Cooked in a cauldron according to the traditional recipe, our nougat is made in an artisanal manner. Our nougats are individually packaged to preserve their freshness. Our Montelimar nougat is made in the heart of Drôme with nougat makers who work on the recipe from generation to generation.
